My Story

With over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and manager, I’ve learnt that the most valuable insights often come from an outside perspective. Very early on, I noticed things that others didn’t see simply by observing, and I understood that I would one day make this ability my profession.

You know that feeling: something’s wrong, but you don’t know exactly what. Frictions, difficult communication, stress, chaos… My passion is bringing you that objective perspective. Every company has immense potential, often hidden in human dynamics and unwritten rules. For me, wellbeing and success go hand in hand.
