The Reality
Your company isn't working the way you think it is
Something’s wrong. You feel it. But you can’t see it.
After months or years in the same environment, you’ve likely developed “habitual blindness”. You no longer see:
- The micro-tensions that weaken motivation
- The invisible blockages that slow everything down
- The misunderstandings that repeat endlessly
- The talents being wasted before your eyes
- Why certain projects mysteriously drag on
The worst part? These problems have become normal. Your team gets used to them, your productivity stagnates, and you no longer understand why results aren’t coming.
Business analysis through observation to improve your internal processes
An outside perspective reveals what familiarity makes invisible.
Why Act Now?
Each day that passes, you lose…
TIME
In meetings that lead nowhere, in unnecessary back-and-forths
MONEY
Through inefficiency, demotivation, staff turnover
OPPORTUNITIES
Your competitors move forward whilst you’re stuck
YOUR BEST PEOPLE
Frustrated by dysfunctions they cannot name
The brutal reality: The longer you wait, the more these habits become entrenched. What’s “a bit annoying” today becomes “impossible to change” tomorrow.
But there’s good news: These problems are often simpler to resolve than to identify. You just need to see them to be able to act.
Find Out What You’re Missing:
Who Is This For?
My services aren’t for everyone.
YOU’RE CONCERNED IF:
- You feel that “something’s wrong” without being able to put your finger on it
- Your team seems demotivated despite your efforts
- Projects drag on for no apparent reason
- You want to understand why certain things work (or don’t work)
- You’re ready to hear the truth, even if it’s uncomfortable
THIS ISN’T FOR YOU IF:
- You’re looking for someone who’ll say what you want to hear
- You think everything’s fine (good for you!)
- You’re not ready to invest in change
- You prefer Excel reports to human observations
My Approach
I spend 1-5 days in your company observing what’s really happening.
Not behind a desk with questionnaires.
At the heart of the action:
- I watch your teams work – How do they communicate? Where are the invisible frictions?
- I identify hidden dynamics – Who influences decisions? Where does information get lost?
- I observe possible frictions – Who’s really speaking? Who’s disengaging? Where are blockages created?
- What I Pay Attention To
- The way people cooperate with each other
- The way people communicate
- The alignment between their communication and their actions
- The pleasure they get from doing what they do
- Their actions towards clients
- The functioning of teams
- The role of the ego in all this
- Who I Observe
- The company in general
- A department
- A service
- A team
- ... but I can also attend a meeting or a job interview
Ability to understand communications from your colleagues and contacts in these languages:
Then I provide you with a concrete report:
- What I saw (with specific examples)
- Why it’s blocked (the real causes)
- How to unblock it (concrete actions)
My unique asset: 20 years of entrepreneurial experience + a keen eye for invisible frictions that slow down work flow.
Look at your business from a new perspective
An external observation in the workplace can sometimes offer surprising perspectives
How Does It Work?
Here’s how we’ll work together:
1
FREE Discovery Consultation (1h by video)
You tell me about your concerns. I explain how I work. We see if it's a good idea to continue.
2
Immersive Observation (1, 2 or 5 days)
I become a fly on the wall. Your teams work normally, I observe and note everything. Absolute discretion.
3
Analysis & Report (2-3 days)
I document everything I've seen, identify recurring patterns, prepare precise recommendations.
4
Presentation (2h in person)
I show you what I've discovered, with concrete examples and recommendations.
Result: You’ll finally know how the situation is perceived by an outsider, if something’s blocking and how to unblock it, with practical advice.
“Observation is not about finding mistakes, but about gathering information to build bridges and help people improve their work experiences”

Is your team really collaborating, or just coexisting?
I observe interactions, communication patterns, active listening, roles and responsibilities, team dynamics, conflict management, and solidarity. I identify the invisible barriers blocking real collaboration.
Are your people inspired, or just showing up?
I observe the work environment, employee enthusiasm, passion, and what's truly driving (or killing) motivation. I evaluate both the atmosphere and the physical and mental well-being of your team.
Are your employees customer-minded, or just going through the motions?
I observe how your team listens to customers, communicates, solves problems, and creates satisfaction. I evaluate how clients actually experience your service.
Do your people understand and care about company goals?
I assess how well employees grasp company objectives, their true engagement level, and opportunities for growth. I look at alignment between personal and professional interests, pride in work, and life-work balance.
Something specific bothering you?
I'm open to targeted requests: observing specific situations, attending key meetings, sitting in on recruitment interviews, or whatever will give you the insights you need.

My Story
With over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and manager, I’ve learnt that the most valuable insights often come from an outside perspective. Very early on, I noticed things that others didn’t see simply by observing, and I understood that I would one day make this ability my profession.
You know that feeling: something’s wrong, but you don’t know exactly what. Frictions, difficult communication, stress, chaos… My passion is bringing you that objective perspective. Every company has immense potential, often hidden in human dynamics and unwritten rules. For me, wellbeing and success go hand in hand.
My Values
1
Authenticity and Honesty
The best way to sell is to ensure that both seller and buyer benefit from the transaction, without one exploiting the other. Authenticity, honesty, mutual respect and reliability are essential, but I say what I see, not what you want to hear.
2
Human Approach
Work and private life aren't two separate worlds. Employees transpose problems from home to work and vice versa. We should therefore take into account employee wellbeing, which reflects that of the company. Real problems are rarely technical, but human.
3
Positive Impact
I believe that everyone should contribute, even modestly, to the wellbeing of others and the environment, in order to create a better world together. Companies have a key role to play in the ecological transition and collective wellbeing.
Sometimes, reaching out and taking someone's hand is the beginning of a journey
