At Willemsen Consulting, if desired, we can employ an ethnographic observation approach, analyzing both visible behavior and the underlying cultural patterns that shape workplace dynamics.
We adopt the approach of Bronislaw Malinowski, who believed that researchers should immerse themselves in the lives of those they study to understand how and why people react to stimuli in a certain way and to uncover the factors influencing their decisions and actions.
Although this ethnographic approach is more time-consuming, it enables us to uncover inefficiencies that traditional methods might overlook and to offer solutions that address the root causes of problems.
